Circle of Care Case Management
The Community Circle of Care Case Management program offers culturally grounded support to youth, young adults, and families navigating the Ontario Court of Justice system. Based out of the Kenora Justice Centre, the program takes a trauma-informed, holistic approach focused on restoration, healing, and long-term wellness.
Who We Serve
This program is open to youth and young adults between the ages of 12 and 24 with active matters before the Ontario Court of Justice. Support is also available to family members seeking guidance while a loved one moves through the criminal justice process, as well as community members in Kenora and the surrounding area looking to connect with local resources.
How We Support You
When you are connected with the program, you will be assigned a dedicated case manager who will conduct a wellness intake to understand your needs and build a care plan tailored to your situation. Throughout the process, you can expect support with cultural connections, housing, mental health and addictions, medical concerns, educational pathways, employment, and accessibility needs.
Community Healing Discussions bring together Elders and Traditional Knowledge Advisors to help shape a care plan that is meaningful and grounded in Indigenous values.
