KIZHAAY ANISHINAABE NIIN (I’m a Kind Man) COORDINATOR
Position Type: FULL-TIME
Under the direction of the Executive Director and in alignment with the Friendship Centre’s standards and philosophy, the Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin Coordinator is responsible for delivering indigenous culture-based community services focused on supporting indigenous men and male youth committed to ending all forms of violence against indigenous women and girls.

EARLYON COORDINATOR – SIOUX NARROWS & NESTOR FALLS

Mental Health & Addictions Counsellor
Position Type: Full-Time (Contract 1-Year)
The Ne-Chee Friendship Centre is looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, teachable skills, and a positive attitude to join our team.
The Mental Health & Addictions Counsellor will facilitate the IMHA Support program and provide culturally relevant, front-line mental health and addiction interventions for indigenous clients involved in the justice system, with a focus on supporting vulnerable women.

The Mental Health & Addictions Peer Support Worker, with Lived Experience, will support the delivery of the Indigenous Mental Health & Addiction Support program, helping to deliver weekly group programming sessions and provide compassionate crisis support
